"Mah-jong Nagomi" is a mah-jong of a Japanese rule.
The feature of this game is drawing by 3D, and application of minor hand.
Of course, there is a past, general hand, too.
Moreover, Japanese can be switched to an English display by "Config".
The game progresses to the tempo well though the computer is not so strong by an speedy idea.
There is "Nagomi mode" as a defeat element.
The distribution tile is operated by collecting the lucky gauge in this mode.
And, it becomes possible to put out a higher hand.

MahJong Nagomi app good for
This game has everything I was looking for in a Mahjong game. The gameplay is simple and intuitive. It also looks fantastic, both in the character art and in the smooth looking 3D table. The only drawback of this is that the help menu is terribly translated and basically unreadable. If I didnt already know the rules I would be pretty confused. I also find myself in what appears to victory conditions and unable to declare tsumo or Ron to win. I suspect this might be because of furiten rules Im not familar with but would love if the game told you somehow so you dont sit there with 4 melded pung and a pair and get frustrated over not being able to call.
Overall though this is a great game and Im glad to finally see a real Mahjong game on the app store.

The graphic is pretty good, but the english translation is horrible. The only thing i dont like about MahJong Nagomi is that even when East does not have tenpai (or when East is No-Ten) at the end of a South round, the winds dont change.i hope there will be a update that allows one to change the rule about that.
Its so hard to find proper Japanese mahjong games! It drives me insane when I say I like mahjong and people assume I mean that silly matching game. I was really excited to try this and I dont feel disappointed. I love all the different rule options. The only problem is the graphics on my iPhone 4 are a little painful and sometimes I have to look twice to figure out what tile Im looking at. Despite the graphics its my favorite mahjong game yet.
Of all the four player Mahjong apps out there this one is by far my favorite. It works smoothly, follows a standard set of rules, looks beautiful and doesnt add in any extra weirdness.
If you like extra rules that only work in digital MJ then you can play the Nagomi mode which fills up a lucky bar as you go and sometimes you get dealt a really good hand. But this game gives you the choice to just play pure MJ too which I like.
Had this app for a while now. Best Japanese mahjong app our there. However the latest update screwed up the app and made it impossible to call off of another player. Been like 5 months and they still havent fixed it.
Some bad moments
Sound and graphics are great.
But sometimes freezes my iPhone!!
This a fairly decent game except for one HUGE PROBLEM. About 85% of the time, it does not recognize that the tiles you have are a winning set. If thats not frustrating enough, the only way to start over is to lose or shut the app down from your main window. So you have to keep playing until you lose or restart the game. Drives me crazy.
Additionally, it is constantly telling you when to pong and when to chow. You should be able to turn this feature off so you can be responsible for watching what the other players are throwing out.
Fix these problems!
